To enter into a legally binding contract for purchasing goods online, customers must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may use this platform only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

All product prices on our storefront are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is itemized transparently on the checkout page and included in the final customer invoice.

While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing across all mithai variants and weights, pricing errors may occasionally occur due to technical glitches. If a product is inadvertently listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Prices of dry fruit sweets, seasonal festival specialties, and pure ghee items are subject to change without prior notice based on raw ingredient market fluctuations.

Our sweets, savouries, and festival hampers are handcrafted daily in traditional culinary batches without harmful artificial preservatives.

The receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. It constitutes an offer by you to purchase products.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for valid operational reasons, including but not limited to kitchen capacity constraints during festive rush periods, address unserviceability, or verification flags on high-value orders.

We provide multiple secure payment modes for our customers:

• Online Payments: Instant UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking across major Indian banks, and Credit/Debit Cards via secure payment gateways.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Where enabled in our store configuration, customers may pay cash upon physical doorstep delivery. Please ensure exact change is available whenever possible.

All prepaid orders must be successfully authorized by the payment gateway before the order is dispatched for delivery or packed for takeaway.

Our platform supports scheduled orders for special family occasions, pujas, weddings, and festival celebrations. When scheduling an order in advance, you select an available date and delivery or pickup window.

Because our sweets are made fresh, orders require an estimated preparation lead time of approximately 30 minutes before dispatch or counter readiness.

Customers must ensure they or an authorized representative are available at the delivery location during the chosen slot to receive perishable food packages.

All content on this storefront, including trademarks, brand emblems, logos, product photographs, culinary descriptions, graphics, and interface software, is the proprietary property of Bhagwati Sweet Mart and is protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.

Reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of any website assets without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall Bhagwati Sweet Mart, its proprietors, partners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or the inability to fulfill an order due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by Force Majeure events, including extreme monsoon weather, natural disasters, civic curfews, road blockages, telecommunication grid outages, or governmental restrictions. In such situations, our total liability is strictly limited to the refund of the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with orders or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city/district where the store's principal place of business is situated.
