We provide two convenient fulfillment options for your sweet orders:

Delivery fees are computed transparently and displayed on the checkout page before payment:

* In-store takeaway orders incur zero delivery fees regardless of order value.

Because traditional Indian mithai (especially chenna sweets, rasmalai, and mawa preparations) must maintain cold-chain or fresh ambient conditions, our direct home delivery service is currently restricted to local municipal city boundaries and specified postal pin codes around our kitchen.

Customers can verify delivery serviceability by entering their delivery address and 6-digit postal pin code at checkout. If your location falls outside our immediate direct delivery radius, you are warmly invited to place a Takeaway order for pickup from our store counter.

Our kitchen operates on a made-fresh daily cycle to ensure unmatched quality and taste:

• On-Demand Local Orders: Standard orders are typically packed, dispatched, and delivered within 30 to 60 minutes depending on delivery distance, road traffic, and weather conditions.
• Preparation Lead Time: Handcrafted sweet selections require approximately 30 minutes of culinary preparation and packaging time before handover to our delivery partners.
• Peak Festive Rush: During major Indian festivals (Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Holi, Eid, Ganesh Chaturthi), delivery times may experience slight extensions due to unprecedented volume. We recommend ordering in advance.

Customers may schedule orders for same-day delivery slots or select advance dates for birthdays, family ceremonies, weddings, or corporate gifting.

For scheduled orders, sweets are prepared on the day of delivery to guarantee optimum aroma, softness, and purity.

Fresh delivery dispatches and takeaway counter pickups operate strictly during our store's active operating hours.

Orders placed after daily kitchen closing hours will be received and scheduled for early preparation and delivery on the following business morning.

To ensure smooth delivery of perishable culinary packages, we follow strict handover protocols:

• Contactability: The recipient must ensure their registered mobile phone is reachable. The delivery rider will attempt to phone upon arrival.
• Rider Wait Time: In case the recipient is unreachable, the delivery partner will wait at the delivery location for up to 10 minutes before proceeding to other deliveries.
• Tamper-Evident Seals: Sweets are packed in securely sealed containers. If you notice a broken seal or damaged exterior packaging, please document it immediately with photographs before accepting the package.
• Contactless Delivery: Customers desiring contactless doorstep delivery may indicate so in order delivery notes, provided prepaid online payment was completed.
